What Is a Cooldown?

A Cooldown allows you to temporarily pause your gameplay.

It’s designed for players who want to take a break from gambling activity.

How to Set a Cooldown

1. Log in and click your Profile (top right corner)

2. Go to Player Care

3. Scroll to Casino Cooldown

4. Select your preferred duration

5. Click Confirm timeout

Your cooldown will begin immediately.

Cooldown Options

You can choose:

• 1 day

• 3 days

• 1 week

• 1 month

• 3 months

• 6 months

• Indefinite

👉 An indefinite cooldown will restrict access to your account with no set end date.

What Happens During a Cooldown?

• You will not be able to access your account

• You will not be able to deposit, play, or claim bonuses

• The cooldown cannot be ended early

When Should I Use a Cooldown?

• Short break → choose a fixed duration

• Longer break → choose a longer duration or indefinite
