How to Permanently Close Your Account

If you no longer wish to use your Wikibet account, you can close it at any time.

Once applied, your account will be closed indefinitely, and access to gameplay will be restricted.

How to Close Your Account

1. Close your account via Player Care

You can close your account directly by placing an indefinite cooldown:

• Go to Profile → Player Care → Casino Cooldown

• Select Indefinite

• Click Confirm timeout

This will immediately restrict access to gameplay and deposits.

2. Withdraw any remaining funds

If you have a balance on your account:

• Request a withdrawal

• You may be asked to provide KYC (verification) documents to process your withdrawal
