If your withdrawal request is no longer visible, don’t worry — here’s what might’ve happened:
Most Common Reasons:
Rejected: If the payment method isn’t eligible (e.g. card), or something was missing, the funds are returned to your balance.
Verification Required: Withdrawals may be paused or cancelled if your account still needs verification. You can upload documents via Profile > Verification.
What to Do:
Check your balance – the funds may have been returned
Check your email – we will inform you if your withdrawal was cancelled or returned
Make sure your documents are uploaded
