How to Cancel a Withdrawal

Changed your mind or spotted an error in your withdrawal details?
If your request hasn't been processed yet, you may be able to cancel it directly from your Wikibet account.

Step 1: Go to the Withdrawal Tab

• Log in to your Wikibet account

• Click Profile > Player > Withdrawal
  This is where you can view, track, or cancel pending withdrawal requests.

Step 2: Select “Cancel” (If Available)

• Locate the Pending Withdrawal at the top of the page

• On the right-hand side, click the “Cancel” button next to the transaction

• A message will appear confirming: “Transaction canceled”

Funds will immediately return to your Wikibet balance, so you can choose to re-submit a withdrawal or continue playing — at your discretion.

Important to Know

• Withdrawals can only be cancelled before they are processed by our Payments Team

• If the cancel option is no longer visible, the withdrawal is already being handled and can’t be reversed

• Cancelling a withdrawal does not affect your ability to withdraw again later

Tip: Make Sure You’re Verified

To avoid delays, make sure your account is fully verified.
