Step 1: Try a Different Browser
Some games work better on certain browsers. We recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience.
If you're already using Chrome, try switching to Firefox or Safari to see if that solves it.
Step 2: Clear Cookies & Cache
Old or corrupted browser data can cause loading issues. Here's how to clear it:
On Chrome:
Open Chrome
Click the three dots (top-right) > Settings
Go to Privacy and Security
Select Clear browsing data
Choose Cookies and other site data + Cached images and files
Click Clear data
Repeat similar steps for Firefox, Safari, or Edge if using a different browser.
Step 3: Restart Your Device
Sometimes a simple restart can solve connection or memory-related issues.
Step 4: Check Active Games
If you were in the middle of a game, check the Active Games section under the Casino tab to pick up where you left off.
