  We can’t verify what we can’t see. If the text or photo isn’t clear, we’ll need a new upload.

• Cropped document or missing corners
  All four edges must be visible. We need the full document to approve it.

• Expired ID
  Make sure your ID is valid — we can’t accept expired documents.

• Mismatched address or name
  If the name or address on your document doesn’t match your account details, we won’t be able to verify it.
  You’ll need to provide corrected documentation that matches your account, and also include a brief explanation if needed (e.g. name change, recent move).
