Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it’s usually final — but that doesn’t mean you're out of options. Depending on the platform you're using (First or Atlas) and how far along the match is, you may still be able to edit your bet or cash out before it settles.
Editing a Bet (Atlas Only)
If you're using Atlas, you may notice an EDIT BET option next to your open bets. This allows you to:
Increase your stake
Modify your selections (if the market is still open)
After editing a bet, you’ll see:
A message confirming how much was added
A full breakdown of the original and updated bets
A “Show Original Bet” link so you can compare
This gives you the flexibility to adjust your position without needing to cancel the bet completely.
Cash Out (Available on First & Atlas)
If the odds have changed or you’re having second thoughts, you might be able to cash out your bet before the final result is known.
How it works:
A Cash Out button will appear if the market allows it.
The amount shown is what you'll receive immediately if you confirm — win or lose.
Once you cash out, the bet is marked as settled, and your return is locked in.
This feature is available on both platforms and gives you a way to take control mid-game.
Where to View and Manage Bets
You can manage your bets through the My Bets or Bet History sections:
Open: Bets that are currently active and unsettled.
Settled: Bets that have been won, lost, or cashed out.
History: View all previous bets and filter by time or status.
For live bets, you’ll also see real-time information like match score, half-time status, and possible win amounts.
Can I Cancel a Bet?
In most cases, no. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled manually.
However, if you believe something went wrong — for example, a market glitch or platform issue — you can contact our Customer Support team. We’ll review your case and determine whether a correction is possible based on platform logs and timestamps.
Catnap Summary:
Editing is only available on Atlas and must be done while the market is still open.
Cash Out is available on both platforms when the feature is supported for that event.
Bets cannot be canceled once placed — unless a technical error or issue is verified by Support.
You can track everything under My Bets and Bet History.
Need assistance with a specific bet? Just contact Support and we’ll take it from there.
