How to Cancel a Bonus

If you have an active bonus and would like to cancel it, you can do so directly from your Wikibet account.

Please note that cancelling a bonus may result in the removal of any associated bonus funds, Free Spins, and bonus winnings that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements.

Go to the Balance section located in the top-right corner of your Wikibet account.
Locate your active bonus and click "Cancel".
Select "Confirm" to approve the cancellation.

Once confirmed, the bonus will be removed from your account.

If you have not yet played with your bonus, you can cancel it by following these steps:

Log in to your Wikibet account.
Click the 🎁 Gift icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.
View your active and available bonuses.
Locate the bonus you wish to cancel and select "Skip".
Click "Confirm" to permanently cancel the bonus.

Once confirmed, the bonus will be removed from your account.

Important Information

Bonus cancellations cannot be reversed.

Any bonus funds, Free Spins, or winnings associated with the cancelled bonus may be forfeited in accordance with the promotion's Terms & Conditions.
Once a bonus has been played, it can no longer be cancelled.
